Lahore Police during its crackdown against criminals involved in heinous crimes has arrested as many as 425 Proclaimed, Court and Targeted Offenders during this month.
DIG Operations Lahore Sajid Kiani said that out of these total 425 offenders, as many as 201 were Proclaimed Offenders whereas 81 Targeted Offenders and 143 were Court Absconders.
All the divisional SPs, SDPOs and SHOs have been directed to meet the target of the arrest of these POs and TOs and speed up crackdown against these criminals as overall performance of these Police officers and officials will be evaluated by their targets achieved in this regard.
Sajid kiani said that Lahore Police has devised a special strategy to arrest the proclaimed offenders as most of them have been found, involved in heinous and hardcore crimes including illegal possessions, murders, attempt of murders, kidnappings for ransom, extortions, narcotics.
