Bilawal extends Diwali greetings

Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari conveyed heartfelt Diwali wishes to the Hindu community in Pakistan and globally, calling the festival a symbol of unity, peace, and joy deeply rooted in Pakistan’s diverse cultural heritage. Bilawal extended best wishes to Pakistan’s Hindu and Scheduled Castes communities, appreciating their invaluable contributions to the nation’s development. Bilawal remarked that Diwali signifies the triumph of light over darkness, embodying a shared commitment to fostering harmony, respect, and mutual understanding among all communities. He reiterated the PPP’s commitment to protecting the rights of all religious minorities in Pakistan, affirming their right to celebrate festivals with dignity and freedom. Describing Diwali as a representation of hope, resilience, and compassion, Bilawal highlighted these as values that should guide the construction of a progressive and inclusive Pakistan. He reaffirmed that the PPP remains dedicated to creating a social environment in Pakistan where every citizen, regardless of religion, can thrive in mutual respect and harmony.
