Balochistan Minister Sarfraz Chakar Domki Passes Away

QUETTA – Balochistan Minister for Local Government Sardar Sarfraz Chakar Domki, passed away on Monday, local media reported.

Domki had been undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Karachi for the past ten days. He was suffering from lung and kidney ailments.

Sarfraz Chakar Domki was elected as a Member of the Balochistan Assembly from PB-8 Sibi on a Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) ticket in Feb 8 General Elections this year.

He was a chief of Domki tribe and had been a member of the Balochistan Assemly from August 2018 to August 2023. Previously, he served as Provincial Minister of Balochistan for Culture, Archives and Tourism, from 30 August 2018 to 8 September 2018.
