President Secondary School Headmasters and Headmistress Association Hafizabad Muhammad Sultan Ahmad Hanjra has condemned inappropriate attitude of Chief Executive Officer Education Hafizabad Javed Iqbal Babar.
While addressing prizes and commendation certificates distribution ceremony, he said that appreciation was a bid tool to boost up potential of teachers and other staff and Secondary Schools Headmasters and Headmistress Association Hafizabad arranged this ceremony to encourage those teachers who showed above board result and good performance in sports activities which would be motivated to the teachers for doing their jobs with more dedication and commitment.
He said that whenever any mistake occurred by the teachers than every officer from district to provincial level started to seek explanation but when teachers demonstrated good results, the officers started discouraging to appreciate their performance. The Secondary Schools Headmasters and Headmistress Association Hafizabad condemned uncooperative.
