Another major relief as IHC orders de-sealing of PTI Central Secretariat in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday ordered the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to de-seal the PTI’s Central Secretariat, in another relief to the embattled party.

IHC Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz issued a written verdict on the petition filed by the PTI against the CDA to move to demolish a section of the office and sealing it.

“CDA may take action strictly in accordance with law in case of any non-conformity or violation of the applicable laws,” read the court order.
