A shocking incident unfolded in Karachi, where a teenage girl, identified as Musfira, staged a fake kidnapping and demanded a ransom of Rs 1.5 million from her father. The incident, which occurred seven months ago, was orchestrated by Musfira, who had eloped with her friend, Waleed, and secretly married him in Punjab. In December, Musfira’s father received a ransom demand through social media, with a claim that his daughter had been kidnapped.
The ransom amount of Rs 1.5 million was reportedly collected near Steel Town in Karachi. However, the twist came when Musfira and Waleed were found by the police, who then returned them to their respective families. A case of kidnapping had initially been registered at the Tipu Sultan police station, but investigations later revealed that Musfira had fabricated the entire ordeal.
