JUI-F leader Nizami shot dead in N Waziristan

In a tragic incident in North Waziristan district, unidentified assailants opened fire on Tuesday, resulting in the death of a prominent leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F Noor Islam Nizami. The incident occurred in Miranshah, close to the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, where the influential cleric was targeted by unknown gunmen. North Waziristan District Police Officer confirmed that Nizami lost his life on the spot due to the gunfire. His body was transferred to the Miranshah Hospital for necessary procedures, he added.
