The cryptocurrency market turned bullish on Friday and the market capitalisation increased by 4 percent to $2.01 trillion as of 1215 hours GMT.
The global cryptocurrency market hit the $2 trillion mark for the first time in nearly three months, as earlier the market dropped below this mark on May 19, 2021. Earlier, the market capitalisation reached the $2 trillion mark on April 7, 2021.
The price of Bitcoin (BTC), the largest cryptocur-rency, reached $46,330 after gaining 3.31 percent. With this increase in price, the market capitalisation of the BTC has reached $870.2 billion.Likewise, ethereum (ETH) price gained 4.02 per-cent to reach $3,231. —TLTP
