Dearth of qualified teachers

Qualified teachers are a blessing for a society. They give guidelines to students for a bright future as well as train them. But it seems that, even in today’s modern world, our country lacks well-qualified teachers. Teachers are themselves not trained so probably they cannot train anyone else. Mostly, they do not have good methods to transfer their knowledge to students. They lack quality of satisfying their students.
I request teachers to be honest with their duty, provide knowledge in the best possible manner so that students become interested in studying subjects. I request government to train the teachers in a way that they become role models for our students and coming generations.
