The 47th birthday of renowned writer, intellectual and poet Azhar Azad Mughal was celebrated with great zeal at the residence of Sain Abdul Jabbar aka Aijiz Mangi, which was arranged by Sindh Sughand Adabi Sangat Shikarpur, an organizations of writers, poets and intellectuals of Shikarpur, here on Tuesday. Azhar Azad Mughal was chief guest while Abdul Jabbar Abid was honouralbe guest while Arbab Ali Adil Chohan, moderated the ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, Hameer Chandio, Haseeb Nayab Mangi, Ghulam Ali Gul, Aqeel Masroori, Nasim Bukhari, and others termed that Azhar Azad Mughal is the great poet of Shikarpur while his poetry and columns are guiding force in the present time and tries to spread the message of peace and love across Sindh through his poetry and columns. On the occasion the speakers paid rich tributes to Azhar Azad Mughal on his social services for welfare of the people of Shikarpur.
The birthday cake was cut in the presence of writers, poets and artists and it was distributed with the participants present there.
