An 18-year-old was killed after a kite string slit his throat in Lahore’s Islampura Sunday morning. The victim has been identified as Usman. He was on a motorcycle with his brother when the incident occurred. It happened after sehri. Flying kites is banned in Punjab because of the number of related deaths.
