ISLAMABAD – One flight has been cancelled while over 22 domestic and international flights have been significantly delayed due to worst weather conditions and administrative issues at various airports.
The sources within the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) said that the Karachi to Quetta flight delayed by four hours, and it would depart now at 5:15pm while the Multan flight would depart at 1:15am after a four hours delay.
The Islamabad flight is scheduled to depart at 5:00 pm.
The Addis Ababa to Karachi flight has been delayed by an hour, the Lahore to Jeddah flight by 7 hours, the Lahore to Quetta flight by two and a half hours, the Riyadh flight by four hours, the Doha to Lahore flight by one hour, and the Abu Dhabi to Lahore flight by six hours.
Besides it, the Riyadh to Lahore and Dubai to Lahore flights are delayed by an hour each, the Sialkot to Jeddah flight by an hour, the Jeddah to Sialkot flight by four and half hours, the Islamabad to Abu Dhabi international flight by two and a half hours, the Dammam to Islamabad flight by two hours, the Islamabad to Medina flight by three hours and the Sharjah to Peshawar flight by two and a half hours.
