Says through UNGA speech, PM recognized himself as a great statesman

Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Sunday declared that vested interests have no value before national interests and the opposition should come out of narrow thinking and take into account broad national interest.

“The opposition should mind that working against national interest is not patriotism.”
The chief minister said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has always given priority to national interests as the Prime Minister wants Pakistan to be a strong and prosperous country.

The Chief Minister said that the central point of the opposition’s politics is to save its corruption.

The wrong policies of former rulers had taken away the country from its destination. The previous governments only made tall claims but did nothing. The former rulers ignored the needs of the people by starting self-exhibitory projects.

The incumbent government has started numerous public welfare-oriented projects during its three years tenure and set an example by introducing reforms in different sectors. He reaffirmed that the journey of public service will be taken ahead with more speed.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar in his message on World Tourism Day said that Pakistan is rich in natural beauty, religious tourism and historical places. Pakistan is the custodian of the world’s oldest civilization and culture.

The purpose to observe World Tourism Day is to promote tourism in Punjab. New tourist destinations are being established in Punjab.

The Chief Minister said by promoting tourism, government is intended to introduce Pakistan’s archaeology to the world. Punjab’s tourist destinations have a great attraction for foreign as well as domestic tourists.

Usman Buzdar said that tourism not only promotes local culture but also gives a boost to the national economy adding that promotion of tourism generates employment opportunities for the local people as well.

He said that due attention is being paid on providing missing facilities at tourist destinations across the province.

He said that new tourists destinations are being developed throughout Punjab under the integrated tourism policy. This new tourism policy has yielded positive results.

The Chief Minister reiterated that a positives image of Pakistan will be brought in front of world by promoting tourism.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar said that Prime Minister Imran Khan, by giving a comprehensive speech in UN General Assembly’s meeting, has recognized himself as a great statesman on global level.

The chief minister said that Prime Minister Imran Khan gave a thorough analysis of the situation prevailed in the region.

The international community should ensure immediate implementation of PM Imran Khan’s proposal to curb Islamophobia. Usman Buzdar said that Prime Minister Imran Khan in his address exposed the sham democracy of Modi Sarkar and Indian extremism.

He further stated that PM Imran Khan timely identified a possible human crisis in Afghanistan adding that PM Imran Khan has emerged as the leader of the Muslim Ummah.

Imran Khan’s efforts to address the challenges of environmental pollution and other global issues are being recognized globally. According to Imran Khan’s vision tree planting in Pakistan will not only eliminate environmental pollution but also safeguard the wildlife as well.
