Punjab Senior and Food Minister Abdul Aleem Khan on Tuesday declared that political workers are real asset to any party whose services neither can be ignored, nor forgotten.
He said that especially through the platform of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf, political activists have rendered memorable role and devoted their energies for materializing the “dream of change” of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
He expressed these views while condoling the death of Saleem Shabrati, a longtime party worker. Abdul Aleem Khan visited his residence and met with his heirs.
He reiterated that there was a 20 years long association with Saleem Shabrati and he was a sincere and selfless party worker whose services will be remembered for a long time.
Abdul Aleem Khan offered his condolences to the bereaved family and prayed that may Allah Almighty grant him a place in the tide of mercy and help his family to bear this trauma with courage and fortitude.
Abdul Aleem Khan assured the family of all possible cooperation and announced to confirm his sons’ jobs in his organisation.
Meanwhile, Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan also visited the house of Bilal Aslam Bhatti, a PTI candidate from PP-163 and expressed his grief over the death of his mother.
Abdul Aleem Khan said that there can be no substitute for a great blessing like a mother.
He prayed that may Allah Almighty grant her a high place in heaven and help her family to bear this irreparable loss with courage and fortitude.
On the occasion, Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan also spoke with the party workers and inquired about their well-being.
