Four member of a family died while another received injuries in a collision between a passenger coach and a car on National Highway near Saman area of Khuzdar district on Monday. According to Levies sources, the victims were on way home in a car when a Karachi-bound passenger bus from Quetta hit it which coming from opposition direction on Nation Highway Quetta-Karachi near Saman area due to over speeding. As a consequence, five member of a family including a woman received serious injuries on the spot.
Levies force on information reached the site and shifted the injured to nearby hospital where a woman among four of the victim succumbed to their injuries during initial treatment. The victims were identified as Haji Muhammad Ayub, his wife Bibi Gull, his son Muhammad Ayaz and Muhammad Naeem and the injured namely Shuaib Ahmed. The victims were reported to be resident of Chaman. The bodies of the deceased were handed over to the heirs after completion medico legal formalities. Levies force has registered a case.—APP
