Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Central Secretary General Asad Umar said that PTI Chairman Imran Khan did not get the legal right to lodge an FIR on the assassination attempt on his life in Wazirabad hitherto.

However, he raised question that will the mother of a well-reputed Shaheed journalist Arshad Sharif get her legal right to file an FIR? In a statement on Thursday, Asad Umar said that Imran Khan was deprived of his legal right to register the FIR of the tragic incident till date. He said that now Arshad Sharif’s mother also was trying to lodge an FIR of her son’s brutal murder.

He said that Pakistani politicians, establishment and external forces should realize now that the people of Pakistan were not ready to work anymore on the old salary. Asad Umar said that now the people would make their decisions as they would not let anyone else to impose their decisions on them.—INP
