The trade union leaders said that while abiding by the law, we have challenged irregularities in the appointments made in our institution including the appointment of the President and Chairman Board in the High Court and the court has admitted our stand being correct and legal.
“The appointment of the chairman of the board has been annulled, which is a victory for the governance of law, whereascases of more than 40 senior executive appointments are currently pending in the high court.”
