Toyota Central Motors (TCM) becomes Pakistan’s first dealership to clear the Asia Pacific-Eco Dealership audit and Toyota Service Management’s Fix-It-Right (TSM-FIR) evaluations. These were conducted by international representatives of Toyota Motors Asia Pacific, Singapore. TCM acquired both benchmark certifications on the same day.
Fix-It-Right is a part of Toyota Global After sales Service standards that ensures the fixing of vehicle issues accurately at the first service, thereby delivering the best customer service experience for Toyota customers.
Commenting on the success, the CEO of Indus Toyota Motor Co., Mr. Asghar Jamali said, “I congratulate Central Motors on becoming Pakistan’s first Toyota dealership to clear the Asia Pacific-Eco Dealership audit and Toyota Service Management’s Fix-It-Right evaluations.
This is because of the spirit of positive competiveness that pervades the entire Toyota-IMC network. It enables us to focus on the task at hand with more enthusiasm and more confidence because we are willing to accept challenges at every step.”
TCM’s Eco Dealership program is focused on the reduction of waste and CO2 emissions, along with the preservation of key resources such as water and electricity. This is in line with Toyota’s Environmental Vision 2050 – to save resources for tomorrow.
Toyota believes that all individuals share a responsibility to protect the environment and, therefore, prioritizes sustainability throughout its dealership network.
All Toyota-IMC dealerships currently monitor their natural resource usage and waste disposal and are further encouraged to take action on reducing their carbon footprint. Toyota-IMC’s dealerships take one step further in the fight for environmental preservation by holding activities to raise customer awareness.
Indus Motor Company plans to certify 100% of its dealership network as Eco dealers by the year 2020.
