Three people were killed after a Suzuki van during the wrong way crashed into a truck on Saturday on the Superhighway near Karachi’s Jamali Goth. According to rescue teams, four people were injured and have been shifted to a hospital. “The accident took place because the van was travelling on the wrong side of the road,” a traffic police officer said. In October last, three people had also died in a road accident on Super Highway. The accident took place near Kathore Morr within the jurisdiction of the Gadap City police station. The police said that the victims were trying to push their stalled car when a speedy truck hit them. Their bodies were taken to the Baqai Hospital where they were identified as 10-year-old Abron, 19-year-old Saghir and 25-year-old Farooq. The police said that the victims were residents of Christian Colony, Mehmoodabad.
