Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL) announced plans to temporarily suspend gas supply in certain areas of Balochistan on April 24, from 9 am to 5 pm, to facilitate repairs on gas supply pipelines damaged during recent rains and floods in the province. According to SSGCL spokesman Salman Ahmed Siddique, efforts are underway to enhance gas pressure in various areas affected by pipeline damage caused by adverse weather conditions.

The temporary suspension of gas supply will impact several areas of Balochistan, including Quetta, Kuchlak, Pishin, Ziarat, Harnai, Khad Khocha, Mastung, Mangocher, Kalat, and neighboring regions. Consumers residing in these areas are advised to make necessary arrangements for alternative means during the 8-hour outage period. SSGCL extends its apologies for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure and assures swift action to restore normal gas supply as soon as possible.
