PESHAWAR – A special Jirga, conducted by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has started, focusing discussion to ensure peace in the province.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi, leaders and representatives from different tribes. The local political leaders take part in the Jirga.
According to the state TV reports, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi earlier had left for Peshawar to participate in the special jirga, being held on the peace situation and political situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur had invited him to take part in the jirga, set up by the Provincial Assembly on Provincial issues.
This Jirga was convened as a result of the consultation of the Parliamentary leaders of all the political parties of the Provincial Assembly.
The member of the Provincial Assembly Of Pakistan People’s Party, Ahmed Karim Kundi said that all the political parties of the entire province are concerned about the situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
