Sindh launches complaint cell, digitization of cooperative societies

EhsanurRehmanMazari, Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sindh for Inter-Provincial Coordination and the Cooperative Department, outlined new initiatives for the Cooperative Department during media interaction.

Mazari announced the establishment of a complaint cell aimed at addressing grievances related to cooperative societies. Set to launch within the week, this cell will enable citizens to submit their complaints via phone or WhatsApp, with oversight from Mazari and other officials.

In addition, Mazari emphasized ongoing efforts to digitize records for cooperative societies, starting with those in Karachi and expanding to other cities in phases.
