Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz senior leader Senator IrfanSiddiqui Tuesday said that Imran Khan’s political future looks bleak. “The May 9 conspiracy and the perpetrators have been exposed,” the Senator said in an interview with a private TV.

Talking about Khan’s politics, Siddiqui said that it’s past and there seems noting in future for him. Responding to a question, he said that the PML-N would be satisfied if the plan to remove Nawaz Sharif from power is also exposed and the individuals involved were also brought justice.

He said that former Premier Nawaz sharif was implicated in countless establishment cases but there was not a single allegation of corruption. He said the PML-N Chief was sentenced in a bogus case of asset beyond means.

“Nawaz Sharif led a rally of hundreds of thousands from rawalpindi but despite the large turnout and the passionate speeches, the demonstration remained peaceful, and no one even threw a stone at the General Headquarters (GHQ).”

Siddiqui suggested that perhaps an investigation from FaizHameed might provide leads for that matter. He said that more than 200 military installations were attacked to creat ripples with the army and to topple a government. The planning reflects a military mind, he said.

He said that the establishment, which was previously part of the problem, has now become part of the solution. Those who sowed discord are no longer in power, and the current establishment is now involved in resolving these issues, he added.

“Theres noting wron if we have good relationship. We do not want to put the establishment into a difficult situation, “ he said. Siddiqui criticized PTI, stating that would not acknowledge it as a genuine political party, as the actions taken on May 9 are incompatible with being a legitimate political entity.
