Member National Assembly, Ch. Shoukat Ali Bhatti has said that present government of PTI is committed to improve socio-economic condition of farmers and to increase per acre agriculture yield in the country for achieving not only destination of self-sufficiency in food but also to import agricultural products to other country. While talking to farmers at Wheat Procurement Centre Iqbal Nagar near Hafizabad, today, he said that Prime Minister Imran Khan was imposed agricultural emergency in the country soon after came into power and announced a historic, revolutionary farmer friendly package of Rs. 300 billion. He said that federal and the Punjab governments were providing different fasciitis to farmers under the Agricultural Emergency Programme.
