RIYADH – The Saudi government has reportedly unveiled fee structure for various services provided to establishment.
The Absher Business platform, which works under the country’s ministry of interior, has introduced fees for seven services, including renewal of residence permit, also known as Iqama.
Saudi Arabia is known for accommodating a sizable number of expatriates as a 2023 survey shows the total strength of expats surges above 10 million.
According to last year’s report in Saudi Gazette, Indians, Pakistanis, Egyptians, Yemenis and Bengalis occupy more than 10 million jobs.
There are 3 million Indians, 2.5 million Pakistanis, 2.2 million Egyptians, 1.4 million Yemenis and 1.2 Bengalis in the Kingdom.
Saudi Arabia Exit and Reentry Visa Fee
The updated fees for extending the exit and reentry visa amounting to SR103.5.
Iqama Renewal Fee
The Absher Business platform has fixed the renewal fee for Saudi Arabia residency permit or Iqama at SR57.75.
Meanwhile, the fee for final exit has been set at SR70. The updated fee for the issuance of Iqama has been fixed at SR51.75.
However, the fee for updating passport information for expatriates stands at SR69.
In a social media post, the Absher Business platform said the fee is received in exchange of services provided to the individuals.
