Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) and Customs Enforcement, acting on intelligence provided by a sensitive agency, conducted a large-scale operation against smuggling at the Quetta Bus Terminal on Hub River Road, Yousuf Goth, Karachi. During the operation, smuggled goods worth millions of rupees were seized.
The recovered items include Iranian fabric, betel nuts (chhalia), powdered milk, tires, chocolates, Chinese salt, household goods, and a variety of food items. Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) have reaffirmed their commitment to continue operations until smuggling is eradicated entirely.
The seized goods have been handed over to Customs authorities for further legal action.
