Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former foreign minister Shah MehmoodQureshi on Wednesday moved Islamabad High Court against his conviction in cipher case.
Qureshi’s counsel contended in the petition that it was the responsibility of the former foreign minister’s personal secretary and not of him to secure the cipher document.
Moreover, the counsel pleaded that Islamabad High Court had twice suspended the proceedings of the trial court due to loopholes in the proceedings.
