PTI lawyer and independent candidate Sher Afzal Khan Marwat on Tuesday warned of a march on Islamabad if the party’s mandate was not returned. Talking to Lawyers Forum here, he said, “We are peaceful citizens, the Supreme Court has become a spectator, and we do not see justice from anywhere.” He added that in case of no relief from the Election Commission of Pakistan and the judiciary, the party would stage a sit-in in the capital along with public gatherings across the nation. “Our people are being scared of another chaotic event like May 9, the state itself was involved in May 9, and the nation must get their rights,” said Marwat.
