The PTI government has become active to shore up support for its recently nominated candidate for Punjab chief ministership – Ch Pervaiz Elahi as it has contacted the Jehangir Khan Tareen group seeking its support.
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain and Defence Minister of Pakistan Pervaiz Khattak on Tuesday contacted the Tareen group and requested them to support the Government decisions.
