Regional Police Officer Gujrat Region Dr. Akhtar Abass said that protection of people’s life, honour and property is prime duty of police and police officers and Jawans are not hesitating to render all kind of sacrifices for this purpose whereas it is compulsory for police officers to change their attitudes towards respectable citizens and perform their duty honestly and with the passion of serving the nation.
He expressed these views while addressing the crime meeting of SDPOs and SHOs at District Police Office Hafizabad. DPO Rai Mazahar Iqbal was also present on this occasion. He warned his subordinate police officers that illegal confinement.
