Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Sindh has announced plans to celebrate the 97th birthday of its founder and former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, on January 5. The celebrations will take place across all district headquarters in Sindh. The announcement was made by PPP Sindh President Nisar Khuhro in a policy statement issued on Thursday.
Khuhro emphasized that the birthday of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto would be celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervor at every district headquarters in Sindh. District-level PPP organizations will host special events in honor of the late leader, and as part of the celebrations, cakes will be cut to commemorate the occasion. Tribute will also be paid to Shaheed Bhutto for his monumental contributions to the country.
Nisar Khuhro said, “Democracy in the country is indebted to the Bhutto family, and any attempts to undermine democracy will fail.” He added that Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto not only made Pakistan.
