Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) local leaders have started campaign for local body elections on the direction of the party President Chaudhry Shujat Hussain and centre leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.
PML-Q women wing central president and Member National Assembly MS Farkh Khan held a meeting with Punjab President Khadija Farooqui, General Secretary Punjab Majida Zaidi and General Secretary of Gujrat at her residence in Islamabad on Saturday.
During the meeting, they discussed regarding upcoming local body elections in the country. They also discussed to make strategy for creating awareness among women about coronavi-rus.
They urged the people to adopt precautionary measures to keep them safe from coranavirus and follow WHO advisory in this regard.
