Aftab Hussain Siddiqui, Chairman, Paragon Group said the project launched on January 31, 2021 has already achieved its first milestone with the completion of Tower A structure before time.
Addressing the clients of Paragon Towers and real estate partners at the inaugural ceremony of Central Park, Paragon Towers at Bahria Town Karachi he said that Paragon built its legacy as a contractor with a commitment to speed, delivery, and client satisfaction for 30 years and Paragon Developers will follow suit.
As per the Chairman ‘Tower A’ will be handed over to allottees on 31st March 2023. Keys of ‘Tower B’ will be released exactly 06 months later, and of ‘Towers C and D’ by the end of 2023- a timeline unmatched by other builders in Bahria Town Karachi.
Aftab Siddiqui emphasized that Paragon has never compromised on its commitments to clients and does not book over and above the limit. As such, each allotter is assigned a unique apartment, which ensures transparency.
Only 20 percent of the land area is designated to the structures, Siddiqui shared. While the rest focuses on enriching community-living experience by offering attractive amenities like tennis courts, play areas, etc., and the early launching of Central Park is a testament to it.
