Pakistan Army again proved to be a well-functioning state institution of the land, as troops successfully rescued nine people from Sami area of Turbat, Balochistan.
A statement issued by ISPR said Pakistan Army, and Frontier Corps Balochistan on Saturday successfully rescued all individuals stranded in flood-hit Turbat.
Despite facing a sharp uptick in attacks in Balochistan, the Army remains at the forefront and it airlifted residents of Sami area after a flood. Armed forces made a timely decision and evacuated the citizens trapped in the area by helicopters.

ISPR said the rescued family, including children, was later provided with medical aid and necessary medicines at the Frontier Corps Camp.
The armed forces expressed readiness to respond to any emerging challenge while ensuring the safety of people in natural calamities, the military’s media affair wing said.
