Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice President Fawad Chaudhry has said that no one has the guts to disqualify his party Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan as they have planned for the last phase.

The PTI leader addressed a press conference at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House in Islamabad on Sunday.

Fawad said that who has the guts to disqualify Imran Khan, adding that they have prepared for the last phase and will not let the rulers run away from the elections in any case.

The former interior minister said the government is going berserk over the PTI prohibited funding issue. He announced the formation of a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) in Punjab regarding the May 25 cases against the party leaders.

PTI leader Fawad expressed a hope that Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah and other responsible authorities of the May 25 cases will not hide and will appear in the JIT. He said that the Punjab government will move forward quickly on the issue of the Model Town tragedy, for which Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has directed action. Fawad said that PTI’s 13 accounts have also been declared and the details of each one have been provided to the Election Commission.
