The Sialkot police remained unsuccessful in arresting any of the accused involved in a gangrape on the night of 13 September 2021.
The police on Wednesday said that efforts were continuing for the early arrest of the accused.
It is worth mentioning that Zohaib s/o Muhammad Ashraf and his wife Nazia Manzoor, with whom about a month back he had contracted marriage at the Sialkot Courts, were on their way on a motor cycle on the night of 13.09.2021 at Sialkot-Daska road.
After fuel of the motorcycle ended, Zohaib entered a petrol pump near village Daakwala, while leaving his wife outside to wait.
When he had filled his motorcycle, Zohaib found his wife in the car with some strangers and the car immediately left the petrol station.
Zohaib took the car riders as some relatives of his wife and went back to his home in village Nawan Pind.
After many hours Zohaib was informed from a hospital via a phone call that his wife was brought over there and she was unwell.
