LAHORE – Timings of government schools in Lahore have been slightly changed, starting from October 1, by the authorities ahead of the winter season.
Thousands of children go to schools in Lahore where the number of total primary and secondary public schools stand at around 1,300.
In previous month of September, schools operating in single shift opened at 8am and closed at 1:30pm from Monday to Thursday while classes ended at 12pm on Fridays.
New Timings for Single Shift Government Schools in Lahore
The administration of the government schools has just changed the opening time as it has been pushed back by 15 minutes.
Starting from October 1, the single shift government schools will open at 7:45 am and close at 1:30pm from Monday to Thursday while classes end at 12pm on Fridays.
