Five hundred grams of hashish and two wine bottles have recovered from the minority MPA Wilson Wazir’s brother car, the other day on Peshawar Torkham high way in Landikotal subdivision.
The local police officials confirming the matter of narcotics seize to a local journalist on phone said that 0.5 Kg Hashish were recovered from MPA Wilson’s relatives car with two bottles of wine at Ziary check post.
According to officials, they shifted the seized narcotics and car to the police station of Landikotal but reliable sources said that police didn’t arrest the drug smugglers following interference and pressure from a third party not to arrest the persons.
Local people and welfare organization representatives have demanded the high authorities to investigate the matter and punish the allegedly involved Christian community persons who were smuggling narcotics.
