Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday summoned the lawyers of the respondents for the arguments in the case of cancellation of bail of the main accused Rao Anwar in the Naqeeb Ullah Murder case. the SHC heard the petition of cancellation of bail of main accused Rao Anwar and others in the Naqeeb Ullah murder case.
The counsel of the prosecution told the court that lower court neglected many legal aspects of the case while granting the bail and prayed the court to cancel the bail of Rao Anwar and others.—INP
