A deadly landmine explosion in the tribal district North Waziristan on Thursday left at least three children dead. “Three children were killed in a landmine explosion in Khajuri area of tehsil Mir Ali in North Waziristan on Thursday morning,” the local police said.
Reports reaching here said the children were grazing goats in the grassy field when they hit the landmine that was exploded with big bang critically wounding the kids.
The locals and Police shifted the children to the nearby hospital where the doctors pronounced them dead. The victims were aged between 5 to 15 years.
