District and Session Court Islamabad on Monday sentenced to death twice three accused involved in kidnapping and murder of a five-year child.
The Additional Session Judge Faizan Haider Gillani in written decision comprising 37 pages stated the Aftab Zafar, Hamza Jehangir and Muhammad Yasir were proved guilty in abduction/murder of five-year child Umer Rathore therefore awarded death sentence twice while Asad Mumtaz was acquitted due to insufficient evidences. —APP
