Mardan Premier League Khas Tigers defeat Par Hoti Zwanan 1-0

The Group B clash of Mardan Premier League Season Two between Mardan Khas Tigers versus Par Hoti Zwanan ended 1-0.

The match was watched by a crowd of 15000 at Younas Stadium Mardan. The match began with an attacking game from the teams.

Crowd was very interested in the match due to two local teams. Mardan Khas Tigers had a slightly bigger crowd support due to being the host team.

International footballers like striker Zain Ul Abideen (Sui S Gas FC), goalkeeper Ahsan Ullah Khan (Sui S Gas FC) and defender Salam Balushi (Sui S Gas FC) were on the field for Mardan Khas Tigers.

Par Hoti Zwanan also fielded international footballers like defender Bilal Sherry (WAPDA FC), Ashfaq (WAPDA FC), defender Mohsin Ali from Quetta (WAPDA FC), Basit (WAPDA FC) and Mortaza Hussain from Islamabad (KRL FC).

However, it was the local boy Kashif Khan from Shankar who scored for Mardan Khas in the 34th minute.

Par Hoti Zwanan were missing their star WAPDA FC strikers local hero Waheed Ur Rahman from and International footballer Ali Raza.

Kashif together with Zain Ul Abideen were adjudged Players of the Match. Last season Golden Boot winner, Yousaf Chitrali (Mardan Khas) went goalless today. Rauf (Mardan Khas) was shown red card in the 56th minute but Mortaza missed the penalty.

 

Sui Southern Gas FC star goalkeeper Ahsan Ullah Khan saved 3 goals with his unreal drives where as his SSG FC teammate and defender Salam Balushi also saved 2 certain goals in the match with his timely tackles. These two made sure Mardan Khas would win despite being down to 10 men.—PR
