Member National Assembly Makhdoom Mubeen Ahmed has assured that a campus of Islamia University Bahawalpur will be set up in Liaquatpur.
He was speaking during a meeting with Vice Chancellor, Islamia University of Bahawalpur Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, in his office on Friday. On this occasion prospects for higher education in Liaquatpur were discussed and it was agreed that this is a huge potential for aspiring students.
MNA Makhdoom Mubeen Ahmed said that students here are being deprived of higher education due to distance and lack of opportunities from district and divisional headquarters.
It is imperative to set up a campus of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur in Liaquatpur.—INP
