Lahore Arts Council (LAC) Al-Hamra Executive Director Saman Rai has said that 6th September is the golden chapter in the history of the defense of the homeland. She paid glowing tribute to the martyrs and heroes for their unprecedented sacrifices.
Saman Rai was speaking at the release of a national anthem on the occasion of Defense Day.
Al-Hamra released the national anthem on Defense Day to as a tribute to the brave sons of the motherland.
She said that tradition of courage, perseverance and sacrifice of 6th September will be kept alive and shining. “Pakistan Armed Forces is second to none in professionalism and patriotism and no one can dare cast evil eye on Pakistan due to the Armed Forces golden history of valor and bravery.”
Director Al-Hamra Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi also spoke on the occasion. Leading singers Abdul Rauf, Fazal Jutt, Sajjad Tafoo and other artists performed and paid tribute to the martyrs.
Broadcasts on the Al-Hamra Arts Council’s Facebook and YouTube channels continued throughout the day, with the children’s favorite game “Ainak Wala Jin” also shown.
Al-Hamra Academy of Performing Arts teachers and young artists performed mixed songs in the program.
