The Investigation Police Samanabad claimed to have arrested the alleged killers of a couple.
As per details, one Kainat had contracted marriage with Asad on her own free will. However, her family did not approve of it.
About six weeks ago, accused Gul Sher, brother of Kainat and uncle Muhammad Azam, called the couple at their house in Lahore from Gujranwala and shot them dead.
After the incident, the accused escape from the scene. The DIG Investigation constituted a special police team, which traced and arrested the accused.
