K-Electric confirms billing system is operational

K-Electric has confirmed that its billing system is fully functional and is not facing any operational challenges, according to the utility’s spokesperson. The spokesperson stated that all relevant billing data is regularly shared with banks and other payment centers. In case of individual complaints, customers can contact K-Electric through their respective Integrated Business Centers (IBCs), the 118 call center, or the company’s online channels for assistance.
