Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi, Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, chaired a significant meeting at the Noor Haq Institute, where district officials gathered to assess the latest situation in Gaza. Expressing dismay over the criminal silence of rulers concerning the Gaza crisis, they condemned the relentless bombings, terrorism, and aggression by Israel against the innocent Muslim population.

The officials vowed to continue expressing solidarity with the oppressed people of Gaza, including women, children, elders, and Hamas militants, and to condemn Israel and the United States. It was decided during the meeting that “Gaza Unity Night” would be observed on Saturday, March 30, after Taraweeh prayers, with families from all over the city participating.

Prior to this, camps will be set up across the city, corner meetings will be held, and donations for the Palestine Relief Fund will be collected outside mosques and Eid shopping markets. Recognition was given to the relief work for Gaza residents, which includes the transportation of essential items, medicines, and women and children’s necessities through air and sea routes.
