Says assemblies can be dissolved any time

Ruling out dialogues with the incumbent coalition government, former prime minister and chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Imran Khan Saturday hinted at dissolving the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assemblies any time to pave way for the elections.
“Talks with government can be held when they announce general elections in the country as it is the only solution to steer the country out of the worst economic crisis it is confronted with. Political stability is need of the hour and we have told them that if they (PDM) are interested in the betterment of the country they should announce general elections instead of going for holding polls in 66% of the country,” he observed while addressing the KP parliamentarians through video link.
Imran lamented that the PDM coalition government was seen as the “puppet government by the entire world and the PDM parties knew very well they cannot win the elections come what may. “Their performance is nil and they are taking Pakistan towards default that is why they are delaying the elections as they are also convinced they have lost the masses trust all together”. Imran maintained.
The former Prime Minister ridiculed the former and the incumbent Finance Ministers of the country for their contradictory statements. “Miftah Ismail says Ishaq Dar is taking the country towards default while Ishaq Dar saying Miftah did nothing. “Bothe are telling the truth as they have only resorted to rhetoric and the country was moving towards default”. PTI chairman said.
He said the deeds of the incumbent rulers were causing great loss to the country and bringing bad name to Pakistan adding Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari never cared for the country but only held their vested interest supreme. He accused the elections commission of playing second fiddle to the PDM government and warned that the delay in elections could only benefit the PTI but the delay could cause great loss to the county as the fresh polls are not the need of the PTI but the country needs early election.
Imran asked the parliamentarians to remain ready and make necessary home work as the assemblies could be dissolved any time leading to holding of general elections in the country.
The Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan has said that Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf was the last hope for the people of Pakistan and the entire nation stands by him in his struggle for real independence of the motherland. The Parliamentary Party of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is waiting for the signal from Imran Khan regarding dissolution of the Assembly, adding that when the green signal from the Party Chairman is received, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly will be dissolved on the same day.
He expressed these views while addressing the Parliamentary Party meeting of PTI held on Saturday. PTI chairman Imran Khan chaired the meeting and addressed the participants via video link. The Chief Minister thanked the Party Chairman Imran Khan for chairing the Parliamentary Party meeting and said that members of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly are ready for the next elections and firmly stand by the Party Chief for the real independence of the country. Mahmood Khan maintained that Parliamentarians from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will not hesitate from any sacrifice for the true independence and prosperity of the nation.
