Chief Executive Officer Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Ch. Abdul Razzaq has asked public to adopt precautionary measures owing to rainy spell as a little carelessness or negligence can lead to fatal accident
The Chief urged valued customers that during rain keep proper distance from power installations like transformers and electricity wires.
“Don’t touch the electrical appliances,” he said and advised to update the old existing wiring of houses, said a statement issued here Monday.
The Chief also advised line staff to use safety instruments while working on electricity lines because accidents could be avoided by taking precautions.
