GUYANA – The ICC T20 Men’s World Cup 2024 final will see India and England facing off in the second semi-final today.
India and England will battle for a place in the final at 7 PM at the Providence Cricket Stadium in Guyana, with the winner meeting South Africa in the final.
There is also a forecast for rain in Guyana until 4 PM today, and ICC has not scheduled a reserve day for the semi-final.
An additional 250 minutes have been allocated for the second semi-final, and if the match is washed out, India will qualify for the final. India will be deemed deserving of the final based on their first position in Super 8 Group One.
The ICC scheduled India’s semi-final in Guyana due to the Indian market, meaning the match will start in the morning local time in Guyana and in the evening in India.
The official match time is from 10:30 AM to 1:40 PM, but with rain, the match can continue until 5:50 PM with the additional time.
